I am renting a nicely furnished room in the Fordham section of the Bronx. I am a mature male but prefer to live with a female (strickly platonic) and I do mind if you have a visitor every now and then. The building has a laundry and a elevator. Cooking is allowed and utilities are included. Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, drug and drama free. I am asking for 1 month and a half month security. $1,050 move in. (negotiable). Must be working and have I.D.
