The shared ideally would be With someone who's creative into theater, Holistic healing Yoga, Dance, photography, Mix media, the arts ,architecture, interior designs etc someone very open minded who's not afraid to do things differently and thinks out side the box and out of the realm of convention, and or some one open to collaborating with me on various project like Dance Yoga Classes, film photo shoots, Costume parties and events for promoting our works, and being compensated. Or simply a respectful Sane individual, who would enjoy living in a large beautiful Clean space where Creativity abounds.
The exchange is totally negotiable, part time general assistance for lower rent or regular assistance for free room and board
Negotiable... for part time roommates on short stays in NY and or special arrangements : Help with house/administrative work decorating and cooking and cleaning .
The space is located in east Williamsburgh 15 minutes from Manhattan. available now wy-fi internet utilities are $65 a month.
