iture are new. The backyard is spacious with a nice view. The bedroom (unfurnished) is carpeted, measuring 10' by 11', with a standard-sized closet. Please no pets, smoking, or drugs. Occasionally I will have company for dinner but no big parties. There is a garage with some storage space and parking is on the street.
The house is in the Torrey Hills area of Carmel Valley. It is within walking distance to the Vons shopping center on Carmel Mountain Road and Torrey Hills Neighborhood Park. The beach is a few miles away (Torrey Pines) and the Ocean Air Rec Center is down the street. It is also close to Qualcomm and UCSD.
I am looking for another responsible professional or graduate student. Please, no bringing the party home. As it is a brand new home I want to find an individual who is respectful and will keep it nice. Credit and reference checks are required. Rent is $700 plus utilities split 3 ways (another $100 or so). The security deposit is $500. I would like to find someone who plans to stay at least a year.

uple dressers fit just fine. The bathroom is attached so it feels like a master bedroom.
- Utilities to be split and average around $80 a month.

- Someone active or outdoorsy who isn't a new piece of furniture in the house.
- Must have a steady job!
- You can have a boyfriend or girlfriend over so long as they are cool too. I'm not looking for the accidental 3rd roommate so keep that in mind. Other guests from time to time is cool as I sometimes have friends in town for a night.
- If you have something against some drinks and good times, then you should look at the next ad.
A little about me:
I'm a 37 year old male. I love being active in mountain biking, snowboarding, dirt biking, and most anything else you can get hurt at. I'm super easy going and pretty open minded. I like going out once or twice a week, but cook at home most of the time. I generally eat pretty healthy and prefer to share groceries since shopping for 1 is never that easy, but if that doesn't work for you then it's no big deal. I am in construction and work from home sometimes, but am mostly at a job site or the office.
