(so as to put distance more into perspective) The house has 3/2 baths so whoever would get this room would share a bathroom. Some perks of the property is that it has an outdoor shower, a stage in the back yard, a big fire pit, a screened in front porch, washer and dryer, a shed, the potential for another garden, a fenced in yard, privacy, plenty of woods to play in and tons of florida wildlife all around including at leaste 7 pretty big sized gopher tortoises just within 3 acres of the house, and a beautiful array of oaks, pines, dogwoods and palmettos etc.. I didn't paint inside the closet but the closet is pretty spacious and I am going to guess its prob. 6 ft x 5 ft. Electricity is split 3 ways and ranges anywhere from $15 a month each to $50 a month each. (we have no internet but could get it.. no prob.) My roomate and I are very neat, kind, consciously aware and easy going females and we are looking for people with those same qualities. We are both local musicians in Gainesville and are 420 friendly. We live with 2 well behaved cats and 1 sweet female dog so if you have pets they must all not only get along but I require that all pets are on flea and tick preventative so as to control the flea/tick breeding cycle.
