The girl vacating will be leaving her furniture in the room so there's a bed and a desk and such. Heat in every room, though they are a bit old so I recommend a space heater. She's usually out of the house most of the day, although she will be around on the weekends often times and she's a very pleasant person to share company with, as is her boyfriend. IDEAL ROOMMATE: We would prefer a student lived here just because it is an advantageous location and because the two of us are strongly involved in school. I think this living situation would work best for a student, because we can work around classes, who perhaps went to school 3 days a week and on the other 2 days during the week could pick up the 2 older kids from school which is about a mile or two from the house. Which also means you would need a car. license and insurance. The younger children walk home from school nearby. All the kids are in school most days which will leave quiet time for you to study. However, you need to not be stressed out by the occasional kid spinning out down the hallway! I would also like some help with the cleaning and cooking. I am open to your recipes and we can even cook and freeze for easy dinners. So if you have a budget and need to save on rent and utility costs to help pay for your college this might work out well for you.
