Now, about the apartment. The place is ground level, clean and cozy, with a great patio. You would have your own bathroom with a tub and not just a shower, and a wonderful closet.We also have a washing machine, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. We haven't had any noise from the neighbors, and the management seems alright, though we haven't even had to deal with them.
The location is amazing. If you are into biking like I am, this is a good place.We are a rock's throw from the East-Side Kroger, downtown, the stadium, and East and North campuses.
We need someone from October 1st to the end of January. Rent is $285 plus 1/3 of utilities.
